about2The Flying Tiger Line Pilots Association consists of pilots and employees, dedicated to preserving the legacy of a great airline and those who served in China and WW II.




  • Russ Beltz lost his valiant fight with cancer and Flew West on October 6th.  More..
  • Dave Morris lost his battle on Sept 29 from multiple problems that affiliated him the past year.  As more details develop they will be posted to a special page for him.
  • The Ambush in Hood River - A Tribute to The Flying Tigers was an absolute success attended by over 100 members of three different associations decimated to our legacies.  A special page summarizing the event with photos will be posted soon.  To see Who Came, click HERE.
  • Blacky Jorgenson died after sustaining a head injury in his remote Whiskey Lake cabin on September 19.  His Flown West page has been set up and can be viewed HERE .  Arrangements are being made for a closed family funeral and a hopeful Celebration of Life next spring.
