In Memoriam

July 16, 1933 - October 5, 2023

The following comes from Ardie Trenholm, Ron's significant other.

Ron passed away October 5, 2023 from natural causes.  He spent the last six months watching airline data from his recliner chair.  His care givers were all learning about aviation.  His ole heart just got tired of watching flying movies with him.  Ron was 90 years old and was so proud of being a Tiger.  He has requested not to have a funeral service.

When I lived in Scottsdale Ron and I lived near to each other. We would meet at the Scottsdale airport for breakfast and would some times take his plane to Sedona for breakfast on a day trip or fly up to Page for a day or two to boat on lake Powell. Ron and Max were good friends and Carolyn and I enjoyed being with them. My world is fuller by knowing people like Ron Lee.
