Our 46th Annual Reunion will be held in San Antonio, Texas at the Westin Riverwalk Hotel. Situated on the Riverwalk's quiet end, the upscale hotel is near the Pearl District, home to downtown restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment, and a nice walk to the historic Alamo. Your reservation will include the following concessions:
- Complimentary wireless internet in all guest rooms
- Reduced valet parking of $30 per night. Self-parking is available directly across from the hotel at the current rate of $16 per night (subject to change)
- 15% discount in Zocca for all attendees (excludes alcohol, gratuity, and tax)
- 20% discount on In-Room Dining Orders (excludes alcohol, service charge, and taxes)
Cut-off date for group reservation rates is 5:00pm on April 10, 2020.
Registration is now available online and payment can be made by credit card. You may also print the registration form and send your check by mail. Members are encouraged to include family members and friends as their guests on their registration form.
Your $35 registration fees cover the cost of complimentary wine, beer, sodas, and water in the hospitality suite. The bar will close from 6pm to 8pm each night while most of us are at dinner and from 5pm to 10pm during our dinner banquet.
Attendees who are not current members of FTLPA must be listed on a Host's registration form.

Our reunion officially begins at 3pm on Saturday, May 2nd and continues to our traditional dinner and dance on Tuesday night, May 5th. The format for this reunion is deliberately less structured to allow attendees better opportunities to explore all that San Antonio has to offer. Additional activities such as golf and a group bike ride will be arranged and paid for separately. Suggested group meetups such as the Pearl Brewery will be communicated once the event approaches. The basic agenda is as follows:
Saturday, May 2nd Reunion kicks off at 3pm in the Hospitality Suite
Sunday, May 3rd Open Day for now
Monday, May 4th Open Day with probable golf and bike ride in the morning/group visit to the Pearl Brewery in the evening
Tuesday, May 5th Business Meeting in the morning/Dinner & Dance in the evening
Wednesday, May 6th Check Out - nothing planned at this point
Other group gatherings will be suggested and announced as the event nears. These might include rendezvousing at:
- the Pearl Brewery District via riverboat, probably Monday night
- the Tower of Americas
- the nightly presentation of San Antonio | The Saga at the San Fernando Cathedral on Sunday night.
Dinner and Dance
Dinner on Tuesday night will be proceeded by customary portrait shots by Eliot Shulman at 5pm, cocktails in the foyer at 6pm, and dinner at 7pm.
Entertainment will begin at 8pm with music played by the Cactus Country Band (left), the #1 top rated band starring 9- time fiddle player Regina Matthews
Suggested dress for the night is Texas casual. Denim and diamonds, leather and lace, boots and belts, just have some fun and cowboy up as much as you can.
