2018 Reunion

May 2nd to May 6th, 2018

Group Hotel Reservations

Unfortunately the Deadline to take advantage of the group rates offered by both hotels has passed.  In addition, Registration for our reunion was closed on April 15th.

Arrangements were made for group rate rooms at the two hotels listed below.  As of this date both hotels report completely sold out due to a large engineering group that is coming into town, unknown at the time our contract was signed.  Like airline reservations, you can always just keep trying.  If unable to obtain the group rates at either hotel then everyone is asked to do the best that they can to obtain their own lodging arrangements.

Our Business Meeting will include recent developments and updates for the future reunions that are being planned.  In keeping with the theme of this year's reunion, the recognition of FTL's operation during the Vietnam War, our Guest Speaker will be Kristine J. Wood, author of Run For The Wall, A Journey to the Vietnam Memorial.

Although the book is full of magnificent pictures captured during this annual event, her presentation has much more to do with the powerful journey of healing most of our brave veterans have had to embark upon after returning from conflict overseas.  For more information on the book go to

Entertainment will be provided by Delene St. Clair and her band, Hot Pursuit (right).  They last played for us in 2012 during our San Diego Reunion.

Beginning in 2003, during our first reunion in New Orleans, we have made a tradition of recognizing our flight attendants  every five years for their contribution to our former airline.   The former stewards, stewardesses, and flight attendants are valuable members of FTLPA, comprising  the second largest group of members within our association.
