Our 50th Anniversary Reunion was held in Fort Worth at the Marriott Courtyard Historic Stockyards Hotel from April 7th to May 10th.  Our milestone event, deliberately planned in the town that Robert W. Prescott was born and raised,  was well attended by over 270 members and their guests.  With the exception of storms on Monday night (which was quite exciting for those not used to springtime in Texas) the weather was perfect.

The reunion kicked off with a visit to the Vintage Flying Museum at Meacham Airport, with two scheduled scenic flights of the Southern Cross, a former TWA DC3 converted to a C47 during WWII.  Unfortunately the flights on this first day, and subsequently on Wednesday, were cancelled due to mechanical issues with one of the engines.  On Monday most everyone enjoyed a wonderful Mexican buffet and margaritas before witnessing the Great North American Solar Eclipse.  It was very spectacular and probably the highlight of the reunion for most.  Tuesday morning we held our annual business meeting where officer elections were held, Bylaws were changed to add a Communications Officer, and tributes were paid to John Dickson and Sandy White before they stepped down from their positions.  On our last evening together was spent at Billy Bob's Texas for a dinner buffet and dancing.   To see who attended click HERE.
