February 20, 1926- March 3, 2004

GAUDINO, Joseph Died March 3, 2004 in Santa Rosa. Born February 20, 1926, in Napa County. World War II Veteran with 7th Infantry Division as a rifleman. Graduate of Cal-Aero Tech. Employed by Flying Tiger Airlines from 1949 to 1986. Last aircraft flown was a Boeing 747. He was also a docent at Sugar Loaf State Park and a member of the SIRS and the Redwood Good Sams. Five children and 4 grandchildren none of whom live in Sonoma County, survive him. Survived by his loving wife Mary Lou; loving son Steve and his wife Sherrie of Hawaii, loving son Joseph and his daughter Katie from Benicia, loving sons Richard and John of Napa, daughter Eileen Fontichiari and her husband Davide of Cagno, Italy; loving grandsons David Joseph and Marco Bruno, and loving granddaughter Marita all of Italy; loving sister Linda Spellman of Santa Rosa, loving brother Peter J. and his wife Jackie from Magalia CA. After cremation his sons will spread his ashes on 270 degree radial of Pt. Reyes VOR in the Pacific Ocean. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
