Captain Barney Boydstun, born February 14^th, 1933, passed away July 21^st 2009 at the age of 76.  He demonstrated admirable strength throughout his illness.

He was a retired airline pilot for Flying Tiger Line and Federal Express. He lived most of his life in California and was married to Barbara Porter Boydstun of Dos Palos for 45 years. After the passing of his wife in 1995, he moved to Utah.

He will be remembered for his generosity and love for his family. 

He is survived by his two sons Steven (Sandy) Boydstun of Antioch, California and Derek (Nora) Boydstun of Cottonwood, Utah; four grandchildren Zachary, Michelle, Ryan and Kyle; as well as one brother in Oregon and three sisters. 

Preceded in death by his wife.
